Shipping & Return Policy
Due to the unique items we source from various warehouses around the world, shipping times can take longer than regular items. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are shipped out to you as soon as the products are available. International shipping times can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks depending on your location and other logistical factors such as customs clearance and local import laws.
You, the buyer, are responsible for any handling fees, taxes, VAT, tariffs, duties, and customs clearance charges required by your country for importing consumer goods. We are not involved and do not know the customs regulations and charges in your country, as they vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure that there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local post or customs office for more information. It is the full responsibility of the customer to verify any customs charges, duties, and required procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for your order.
Stylified Zone is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched. Stylified Zone cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided by the customer. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information.
Our policy lasts 60 days.If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
We only accept return for refund if the product is defective or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you paid with PayPal, you should see the credit available in your account after 1-2 hours max.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are small/big, for some items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product, email us to email@example.com to get the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When sending a product to us, make sure to provide us with a tracking number, it will make it easier for both sides to track the item and make sure that the package isn't lost.
Please be aware that we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Please order carefully and check that you have ordered the colour you wanted. If we send you the wrong colour by mistake we will send you the right colour free of charge and you may keep the products you have already received.
